A few words about Charles...
Charles along with his wife, Pat, their 3 daughters,Rachel,Rianna,Rebekka and Grimmas the family pet, hope to see you in the Pensacola area real soon. From catching a Pensacola Pelicans game to walking the greatest beach on earth, (Charles is a little partial, can you tell) you will find so much to enjoy. Maybe take in a concert or see the many exhibits brought to the Pensacola, Pace and Gulf Breeze area.
Don't forget to bring your appetite, you are sure to enjoy all the different styles of cusine, eateries and food festivals around town. Yes, you will find Pensacola to be everything you imagined and a little more.
Accomplishments - A member of the Multi-million dollar club by his second year and has been a member every year since. Member of the RE/MAX 100% Club in his first year. In 1997 along with several brokers and agent friends around the country, Charles helped create the Advantage Marketing System, a proven 27 step program to increase volume, sell homes in less time, produce a higher selling price, while be able to pass some of the savings on to the client. A member and Board of Director of Rainbow Investments. An annual presenter of the Gallion Award.
Awards - Better Homes and Gardens 1995 Rookie of the year, Nominated Rising Star, nominated 1996, 1997, 1998 Realtor of the year. Accepted as a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club member in his first year.
Community Involvement - Sponsor of Little and Major League Baseball. An annual supporter of United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Children's Miracle Network, Jerry's Kids and through his club memberships and church, several other community projects and events.
Memberships include - Pensacola, Florida, and the National Associations of Realtors, the Residential Sales Council and Cantoment Rotary.
